About Us
Mission
Created in 2006 as part of Royal Bank’s commitment to enhancing its Financing Fund, the RBC Chair in Financial Innovation aims to further promote research, teaching, knowledge transfer, field training, and relationships with the business community in the area of financial innovation.
The Chair’s mandate is to produce new financial knowledge; improve techniques, theories, and processes; train high-calibre researchers in finance; strengthen Université Laval’s stellar reputation at the regional, national, and international levels; and promote financial innovation on and off the Université Laval campus.
