The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is considered the flagship project of the Belt and road initiative (BRI) of China. This project is the “Game changer” for many in terms of economic development and trans-regional geo-politics of Pakistan. Some sceptics consider however the CPEC as “Game over” for Pakistan. This conference will explore the multi-dimensional aspects of the CPEC and its implications on geo-strategic and economic development in Pakistan and surrounding regions.
