- Comment la culture d'entreprise américaine évolue-t-elle continuellement en intégrant des pratiques commerciales du monde entier?
- Comment a-t-elle développé sa propre culture distincte, façonnée par son histoire, ses contradictions, son individualisme, son ingéniosité yankee et son optimisme?
- Comment certains mouvements sociopolitiques récents ont-ils bouleversé la culture d'entreprise américaine (Black Lives Matter, émancipation des femmes, minorités, LGBTQ2+, polarisation politique, etc.)?

Mohammad Niamat Elahee
Professor of International Business
Quinnipiac University, USA
Dr. Mohammad Niamat Elahee earned his Ph.D. with a double major in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas Pan-American, USA and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Brunswick-Fredericton, Canada.
Dr. Elahee has published in many reputed international business journals and presented in leading international and national conferences all over the world. He has appeared in ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News in CT and NPR, and has published op-eds in various newspapers in the US and other countries.
He is also a recipient of multiple teaching excellence awards and service awards. Dr. Elahee is also actively involved in community work. He is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Advisors of Albert Schweitzer Institute. He is a former President of Hamden Rotary Club.
Dr. Elahee received a US Congressional Recognition for Community Service in 2016 by US Representative Rosa D’ Lauro. He also received the “2016 John S Martinez Community Service Award” given by the Columbus House and was recognized by US Senator Christopher Murphy for his dedicated service to the community.
Prior to joining the academia, Dr. Elahee worked at Deloitte & Touche and had a brief stint at the Knowledge Management Unit of World Bank Headquarters in Washington DC where he worked as a research assistant. His consulting experience includes working for the UNICEF, the Canadian International Development Agency, among others.
